Former Councilman Appointed To Appearance Commission

Former Smithfield Town Councilman Perry Harris who did not win re-election in November is still continuing to serve the citizens of Smithfield.

The Town Council approved a request by Harris this month to be placed on the Smithfield Appearance Commission.

Harris served 8 years on the town council.

The Town has several vacancies for those interested in serving including positions on the Appearance Commission, Historic Properties Commission, Parks & Recreation Advisory Commission, and Planning Board (ETJ member).
