Former Walmart Employee Stole From Business, JCSO Says

A former employee at Walmart, at 5141 NC Highway 42 West, in the Cleveland community is facing criminal charges. On April 10, the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office responded to Walmart after loss prevention reported an employee had allegedly stolen various merchandise on several occasions.

Altogether, $1,446.22 in items was reportedly stolen. The items included cosmetics, soft drinks, muffins, potato chips, baby powder, and candles.

Anzerea Zaishon Fryar, age 22, of Zeb Lane, Benson was arrested the same day. Fryar was charged with felonious larceny by an employee. She was released on a $15,000 bond pending her next court appearance.
