Four Oaks Man Arrested During Drug Raid

FOUR OAKS – The Johnston County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division arrested a Four Oaks man during a drug search warrant. On November 3, agents executed a search warrant in the 4700 block of US Highway 301.

During the search, 55 grams of suspected methamphetamine, along with marijuana and Xanax were located and seized.

Lennis Shawn Turnage, age 42, of Juniper Road, Four Oaks was arrested at the US 301 address and charged with two counts of trafficking methamphetamine, one count of conspiracy to traffic methamphetamine, maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for a controlled substance, and possession with intent to manufacture sell or deliver a controlled substance.

Turnage was held on a $245,000 secured bond at the Johnston County Jail.
