Four Oaks Man Arrested During Princeton Traffic Stop

PRINCETON – A Four Oaks man was arrested Tuesday and jailed under a $10,000 bond after a SAFE Team deputy stopped a vehicle in the 4400 block of Rains Crossroads Road outside of Princeton.

The deputy stopped a Volkswagen for having an expired license plate.   During the traffic stop, 1.5 grams of suspected meth was located in the area of the center console.

A passenger, 36 year-old Scottie Dale Stallings of E. Hatcher Street, Four Oaks allegedly admitted the narcotics belonged to him. He was charged with felony possession of methamphetamines and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

The female driver was cited for the expired license plate.
