Four Oaks Resident Recognized

Cierra-Evan-Alford-FISigma Alpha Lambda has announced Cierra Evan Alford of Four Oaks has recently been recognized as a member of the organization at the University of North Carolina Wilmington.

Sigma Alpha Lambda is a national leadership and honors organization dedicated to promoting and rewarding academic achievement and providing members with opportunities for community service, personal development, and lifelong professional fulfillment.

Cierra will graduate from UNC Wilmington in December 2015 and will begin work in January 2016 in pediatric intensive care at Duke. 

She is the daughter of Chuck Alford of Four Oaks and Cheryl Pitman of Clayton. She has one sister, Danielle Richardson of Four Oaks.  Cierra is a 2011 graduate of Clayton High School.
