A Wake County woman is facing felony charges after she reportedly passed a fake prescription for prescription pills at a Johnston County pharmacy.
It happened in November at a pharmacy on Mast Drive.
Holly Christine Mims, 28, of Fuquay Varina is charged with attempting to obtain a controlled substance by fraud or forgery. Mims is accused of presenting a fictitious prescription for 90 Adderall pill from a Raleigh physician. The physician said they never wrote the prescription.
Mims was arrested last Friday on the offense. She was booked into the Johnston County Jail under a $10,000 bond.
