A man armed with a handgun robbed a Harnett County cell phone store Tuesday morning.
The robbery was reportedly at 9:54am at Verizon Wireless on Highway 87 in Cameron.
The suspect entered the store and demanded cellular phones while pointing a firearm at employees. The suspect fled with several stolen phones in dark color, possibly dark grey or black, Dodge Challenger two door sports car. The vehicle was last seen headed towards the Spring Lake area.
Anyone with information about the suspect is asked to contact the Harnett County Sheriff’s Office at 910-893-9111. The suspect is considered to be armed and dangerous.
