Harnett County Schools Names New Principals
LILLINGTON – During its October Board of Education Work Session, Harnett County Schools announced several new administrative appointments for the 2025–2026 school year, underscoring the district’s ongoing commitment to strong, student-centered leadership.
The Board approved the following principal appointments:

Mr. Robert Carver, who has served as interim principal at Highland Middle School, has been named the school’s principal.

Mr. Timothy Justice, who has served as interim principal at Anderson Creek Primary School, has been appointed the school’s principal.
Both leaders bring extensive experience and a shared dedication to student achievement, having previously served as assistant principals within Harnett County Schools. The district looks forward to their continued contributions and leadership in their new roles.
“Harnett County Schools is proud to promote proven leaders from within our district,” said a district spokesperson. “Mr. Carver and Mr. Justice have demonstrated a strong commitment to our students, staff, and school communities, and we are confident they will continue to guide their schools to even greater success.”
