Robert Lee Edwards Jr., 22, of Stone Park Road, Bailey faces multiple charges from the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office including fleeing to elude arrest with a motor vehicle, reckless driving to endanger, driving on a revoked license, and failure to stop for a stop sign. Kenly Police charged Edwards with larceny of a motor vehicle.

  1. Too bad when Robert Edwards Jr. crashed, he did not have the loss of limbs so he could not run again. To do speed up too and over 100 mph if he wanted to kill himself, that’s his business but he could have killed a civilian or a Deputy and gosh knows we have lost to many LEO’s last weeks in Charlette. I am just glad that no innocent civilians or LEO’s were injured and as far as Robert Edwards Jr. goes, I could not care less what could have happened to him.
