A southern Johnston County home sustained extensive damage during a break-in discovered Saturday, Feb. 15th.
Someone entered a vacant rental home on Bruce’s Lane off Melba Lane near the Sampson County line. The suspect or suspects broke out numerous windows and knocked multiple holes in the walls. No items were reported missing.
Damage was estimated at $7,000. The Johnston County Sheriff’s Office is investigating.
