JCPS Innovation Expo Set For May 31

Johnston County Public Schools students and teachers will showcase their latest work at a special Innovation Expo on May 31.

This event will highlight innovative practices being utilized by students and staff in the district, including project-based learning, personalized learning, digital learning, social-emotional learning, and service learning.

The community is encouraged to attend this event, which will be held from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Johnston Medical Mall, located at 514 N. Bright Leaf Blvd. Attendees will be able to observe innovative practices straight from the classroom.

Students and staff members interested in participating in this event should submit a proposal online at bit.ly/jcpsinnovation. The deadline to sign up as a presenter for this expo is Wednesday, May 1st. For more information contact melodycasey@johnston.k12.nc.us.
