The Johnston County Public Schools Office of Equity, Information and Student Services has announced a special discussion panel forum at Corinth Holders High School called We Are One: A Unity Forum.
The unity forum will be held in the school’s auditorium on Thursday, March 5th beginning at 6:30pm.
“The objective of the event is to demonstrate the district’s commitment to promoting diversity and inclusiveness through a deeper understanding of equity and mutual respect,” officials said Tuesday in an email.
The event will feature a panel of eight district students and staff that will answer questions and share their personal experiences.
The We Are One: A Unity Forum is open to the public, however space is limited. Anyone wishing to attend is asked to RSVP to the Office of Equity, Information and Student Services through Donna Watson at 919-934-2016, Extension 1028, or email at donnawatson@johnston.k12.nc.us.
