- Hospital Authority Board of Commissioners – David Mills and Dr. Marilyn Pearson, 3 year term
- Johnston County Board of Adjustment – Art Watkins (reappointed), 3 year term
- Livestock Arena Management Board – Conner Edwin Peacock, 2 year term
- Nursing Home / Adult Care Home Community Advisory Board – Patricia A. Martin (reappointed) 3 year term
- Voluntary Agricultural District Advisory Board – Jeremy P. Smith (reappointed), 3 year term
