JOHNSTON COUNTY – A Johnston County business was robbed at gunpoint. It happened at 9:50pm Monday, July 15 at Dollar General, located at 10525 Cleveland Road, Garner, in the Cleveland community.
Authorities said two unknown suspects entered the business. Both displayed handguns during the holdup, taking an undisclosed amount of money.
Before leaving, the suspects forced the employees to the floor and ordered them to count to 30 before getting up. One of the suspects pepper sprayed two of the employees.
Both suspects are white males. The suspect shown on the left is believed to be in his 40’s. The suspect on the right is possibly a teenager.
