SMITHFIELD – The Johnston County Emergency Operations Center has been activated. The EOC will operate daily from 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday. Hours may be adjusted as needed.
At noon today (Monday) a hotline number of 919-989-5400 was established for Johnston County residents who have general informational questions regarding COVID-19.
