Johnston County Heritage Center Closing To The Public July 3rd

The Johnston County Heritage Center will be closed to the public beginning Friday, July 3rd until further notice.

“We reopened to the public June 8 but have decided to close again due to concerns about the spread of COVID-19. At this time, there is no projected date for reopening. However, we will continue our tradition of going the extra mile to assist the public with information and research services if they will call or email us,” said Todd Johnson, Executive Director.

Mr. Johnson said the Johnston County Heritage Commission and Heritage Center staff apologize for this inconvenience but find it necessary for the safety of staff and visitors.
