Johnston Man Accused Of Manufacturing Meth In Indiana
A Kenly man is facing extradition to Indiana. The Johnston County Sheriff’s Office said they responded to a call in the 3100 block of Highway 222 East of Kenly.
Officers said 34 year-old Jerry Allen Jones Jr. of Beulahtown Road was at the scene. During a routine background check, deputies determined Jones was wanted by the Howard County, Indiana Sheriff’s Office on a 2016 fugitive warrant for manufacturing methamphetamines.
Jones was confined in the Johnston County Jail without bail pending extradition.
