K-9 Alerts On Car, 6.5 Kilos Of Cocaine Seized

Two suspects were arrested on Interstate 95 after a large quantity of cocaine was reportedly found during a traffic stop.

The Nash County Sheriff’s Office stopped a vehicle around 4:00pm Saturday for a traffic violation. Officers suspected possible criminal activity and brought in one of their K-9’s. K-9 Pinka alerted to the odor of narcotics.

During a search of the car, 6.5 kilos of cocaine was located.

Shackeel Aaron Coleman, 29, of Conway, SC and Yenitza Elisse Coleman, 27, of Myrtle Beach, SC have been charged with trafficking cocaine and conspiracy to traffic cocaine.

Shackeel Coleman was confined in the Nash County Detention Center under a $950,000 secured bond. Yenitza Coleman was held on a $900,000 secured bond.
