KS Bank Opening Loan Production Office In Dunn

SMITHFIELD – KS Bank announced plans to open a loan production office in Dunn, NC. The bank has received all the necessary regulatory approvals for the opening.

President/CEO of KS Bank Earl W. Worley, Jr. stated, “We are very excited about our entry into the Dunn and Harnett County Market. The Dunn market is undergoing a number of changes with bank branch closures and the merger of several larger institutions. We believe this is the right time to bring the KS Bank brand of community banking to Dunn and Harnett County.”

The new Dunn office will serve businesses in and around Harnett County as they look for assistance with commercial loans. The location will not accept customer deposits. The projected opening date for the loan production office is May 1, 2022.

With the opening of the loan production office, KS Bank welcomes Judy Page as a Commercial Relationship Manager, SVP. Judy brings 20 years of lending experience in the Dunn and Harnett County markets to KS Bank. She has a proven track record of managing multi-million dollar loan portfolios and expanding business within the Dunn market while providing top notch customer service.

Page graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Management from East Carolina University in 2012. She currently lives in the Dunn area with her husband. She enjoys spending time with her two children and three grandchildren, traveling, and going to the beach. She is very active in the Dunn community, as a Board of Directors member for the Dunn Area Committee of 100 as well as the Dunn Crimestoppers.
