SMITHFIELD – KS Bank announced today (Wednesday) that it has filed an application with the appropriate regulatory authorities and intends to establish a branch location in Bailey, NC. The branch will be located at 6374 Deans Street. This action comes as the Town of Bailey’s only bank closed as of April 18, 2025.

When Bailey’s previous bank announced its intention to close, town officials went to work to find a suitable replacement. After numerous meetings with town officials and interested customers, KS Bank made plans to open its eleventh full-service branch in the Town of Bailey, its first location in Nash County.
