Lawn Equipment Stolen

$2,000 worth of lawn equipment was stolen from an enclosed trailer parked in Smithfield.

The theft happened sometime between Friday night and Saturday morning on Durham Street in East Smithfield.

The owner said he parked the trailer outside his home. The next morning he discovered 4 weed eaters, 2 edgers, 1 hedge trimmer and 1 leaf blower was missing.

A lock to the trailer had been cut to gain entry.   The case is under investigation by Smithfield Police.

  1. Got to have outside barking dogs to alert you if you live in Smithfield due to all the junkies roaming around looking for drug money and to pay their drug dealers that are being allowed to do their business freely for some reason all over town!
