The Johnston County Bar Association in coordination with the North Carolina Bar Association will offer free half-hour legal consultations to all members of the general public. Lawyers will be available from 12:00 noon until 4:00 pm on Friday, November 3, 2017, in the atrium area of the Johnston County Courthouse in Smithfield.
No appointment is necessary. Individuals seeking advice will be asked to complete a brief interview form before consulting with one the attorneys on duty. Participants are invited to meet with an attorney for up to thirty minutes at no charge. All matters discussed will be held in strict confidence.
The courthouse is located at 125 S. 2nd Street in Smithfield.
