In a unanimous vote, the Smithfield Town Council reappointed Jane Shipman to a second term on the Library Board of Trustees.
The Town of Smithfield is looking to fill three vacancies on the Historic Properties Commission and two positions and two high school representative positions on the Parks & Recreation Advisory Commission.
