Uh oh. Misdemeanor amounts of Marijuana and an unconstitutional gun crime. Good catch.
2 misdemeanors and a gun? What next??
Sounds like a waste of money and resources for a felony that’ll be reduced to a misdemeanor and 2 minor misdemeanors, 1 of which will be dropped all together.
