An arrest has been made in a 2015 sexual assault in Johnston County.
Terry Randall Hall, 25, of Proctor Road, Raleigh was arrested Friday night by the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office and charged with second-degree rape.
The victim, who is in her mid-20’s, reported last Monday she had been the victim of a sexual assault last year in Johnston County. Authorities did not disclose the location. The victim reportedly described Hall as an acquaintance.
Officials did not say why the victim waited to reported the alleged incident.
Hall was confined in the Johnston County Jail without bond pending his first court appearance.
