A 30 year-old man is facing charges after he allegedly had an inappropriate relationship with a 15 year-old girl.
Goldsboro Police said the victim’s father reported the incident last week.
After an investigation, Richard L. Cutshall of Goldsboro was arrested and charged with statutory rape.
Cutshall was taken before a magistrate and given a $10,000 secured bond. His first court appearance is set for Wednesday.
