SMITHFIELD – Smithfield Police are investigating after a woman said a man exposed himself to her. The 25 year-old victim was leaving Walmart at 1299 N. Brightleaf Boulevard around 12 Noon on September 2nd. As she approached her car in the parking lot, a man sitting in a vehicle next to her reportedly exposed himself. The suspect left the scene in a white Acura before officers arrived.
Police said the suspect was a slender black male in his 20’s with short hair. The victim was not injured.
