A Four Oaks man was injured in an ATV accident on private property.
The incident happened around 1:15am Sunday in the 2700 block of Juniper Church Road.
Authorities said 32 year-old Derek Banks was operating the all terrain vehicle when it crashed at his home. Banks was taken by ambulance to Wake Medical Center for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
No charges were filed by the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office which investigated the incident.
