Man Killed In Farm Tractor Accident

SELMA – A Johnston County man was killed in a farm tractor accident. The accident was discovered around 9:00pm Thursday at 5243 Old Beulah Road.

Jeremy Lee Britt, age 39, of Old Beulah Road, Selma was operating a Farmall tractor when it overturned. The accident occurred a good distance off the roadway and was difficult for first responders to reach.

The incident remains under investigation by the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office. It is being treated as accidental.
