At the request of the Smithfield Town Council, a new marquee sign will be installed soon in front of the Smithfield Town Hall.
The double-sided digital marquee sign will be used to display public information. It will be installed at the intersection of Market and Fourth Streets.
ACSM will construct and install the sign at a price of $33,515. The Town had budgeted $33,500 for the project, which was just $15 over budget.
The high resolution sign will allow photos and videos to be uploaded in only seconds. It can include a date and time clock. The Town will have complete control over the text and content.
