- Local Emergency Planning Committee – Lee Barbee of Clayton
- Boon Hill Fire Protection District Commission – Joe Carlisle of Princeton
- Meadow Fire Protection District Commission – Samuel Neal Johnson of Benson; Robert D. Parker of Netwon Grove
- Micro Fire Protection District Commission – Thurman R. Batten Jr. of Selma
