A high school student and his older brother were victims of a home invasion Monday. The 19 year-old student said he was at home sick from school. His 22 year-old brother was also present. Around 12:30pm, two men forced their way into the back door of their home on Ranch Road near Clayton.
One of the two suspects was armed with a handgun. The intruders demanded money. When they learned the victims didn’t have any money they fled, but not before punching one of the men in the face.
The victims were only able to give a vague description of the suspects, two black males with t-shirts covering their faces. The suspect fled out the back door of the home.
The Johnston County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident.
