Victoria, a native of Robeson County, was crowned the 80th Miss North Carolina in June 2017. She competed for the title of Miss America in September.

She has worked with Governor Roy Cooper to place music therapy in all North Carolina nursing homes that would be of benefit to Alzheimer’s patients. The bill is currently going through the NC Legislature.
