Over the past year, the Sampson County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Division has conducted Operation Crushed Ice. The operation focused on high target drug complaints within Sampson County. During this time, agents developed enough probable cause to bring felony warrants on more than 40 individuals.
On Wednesday, authorities announced the arrests of the following suspects:
Mario Cardenas, 23, of 6200 Old Warsaw Rd, Clinton, NC was arrested on 08/29/2019 and charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver Heroin, Sell Heroin, Deliver Heroin. A bond was set in the amount of $250,000.
Christopher Graham, 26, of 788 Issac Rd., Clinton, NC was arrested on 08/26/2019 and charged with Sell Cocaine, Deliver Cocaine, possession with intent to sell or deliver Cocaine, Trafficking, Sell Marijuana, Deliver Marijuana and possession with intent to sell or deliver Marijuana. A bond was set in the amount of $500,000.
Kelly Miller, 48, of 1719 Mitchell Loop Rd., Roseboro, NC was arrested on 08/28/2019 and charged with Sell Methamphetamine, Deliver Methamphetamine, PWISD Methamphetamine, Maintain a Dwelling, Trafficking Methamphetamine, Possessing of Methamphetamine. A bond was set in the amount of $125,000.
Jackie Dorris, 37, of 124 Hammer Ln., Salemburg, NC was arrested on 08/26/2019 and charged with Sell Heroin, Deliver Heroin, possession with intent to sell or deliver Heroin, Sell/Deliver Methamphetamine, possession with intent to sell or deliver Methamphetamine, Maintain a Dwelling. A bond was set in the amount of $170,000.
Shawn McKay, 35, of 102 Pine Log Ln., Roseboro, NC was arrested on 08/26/2019 and charged with Sell/Deliver Methamphetamine, possession with intent to sell or deliver Methamphetamine, conspire to Sell/Deliver Methamphetamine, Maintain a Dwelling, Possession of Firearm by Felon. A bond was set in the amount of $250,000.
Vanessa Royal, 35, of 102 Pine Log Ln., Roseboro, NC was arrested on 09/23/2019 and charged with Possess Methamphetamine, Possession of Schedule IV, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. A bond was set in the amount of $10,000.
Dana Smith, 39, of 104 Jaclane Rd., Clinton, NC was arrested on 08/27/2019 and charged with Sell/Deliver Methamphetamine, Sell/Deliver Heroin, possession with intent to sell or deliver Methamphetamine, possession with intent to sell or deliver Heroin. A bond was set in the amount of $250,000.
James Clemmer, 38, of 264 N. Hood Ln., Clinton, NC was arrested on 08/27/2019 and charged with Sell/Deliver Methamphetamine, possession with intent to sell or deliver Methamphetamine, Conspire Sell/Deliver Methamphetamine. A bond was set in the amount of $100,000.
Jimmy Rouse, 23, of 747 Lakewood School Rd., Roseboro, NC was arrested on 08/28/2019 and charged with Sell/Deliver Heroin, possession with intent to sell or deliver Heroin, Sell/Deliver Methamphetamine, possession with intent to sell or deliver Methamphetamine, Sell/Deliver Marijuana, possession with intent to sell or deliver Marijuana. A bond was set in the amount of $200,000.
Julian Bradsher, 44, of 248 Summer Tree Court, Clinton, NC was arrested on 08/24/2019 and charged with Sell/Deliver Methamphetamine, possession with intent to sell or deliver Methamphetamine. A bond was set in the amount of $25,000.
Norman Faircloth, 40, of 575 Hollandtown Rd., Salemburg, NC was arrested on 09/11/2019 and charged with Sell Methamphetamine, Deliver Methamphetamine, possession with intent to sell or deliver Methamphetamine. A bond was set in the amount of $50,000.
Alexis Mott, 25, of 56 Serenity Lake Dr., Clinton, NC was arrested on 09/17/2019 and charged with Sell Methamphetamine, Deliver Methamphetamine, possession with intent to sell or deliver Methamphetamine. A bond was set in the amount of $30,000.
Matthew Chambers, 18, of 441 Murphy Rd., Clinton, NC was arrested on 08/28/2019 and charged with Possession of Heroin, Sell Methamphetamine, Deliver Methamphetamine, possession with intent to sell or deliver Methamphetamine. A bond was set in the amount of $75,000.
Victoria Haney, 23, of 441 Murphy Rd., Clinton, NC was arrested on 08/28/2019 and charged with Felony Probation Violation, Deliver Heroin, possession with intent to sell or deliver Heroin, Possession of Heroin. A bond was set in the amount of $10,000.
Elizabeth Hall, 39, of 441 Murphy Rd., Clinton, NC was arrested on 08/28/2019 and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Counterfeit Currency, Sell Methamphetamine, Deliver Methamphetamine, PWISMD Methamphetamine, Aid and Abet Methamphetamine. A bond was set in the amount of $175,000.
John Lacass, 37, of 441 Murphy Rd., Clinton, NC was arrested on 08/28/2019 and charged with Sell Methamphetamine, Deliver Methamphetamine, Maintain a Dwelling, possession with intent to sell or deliver Methamphetamine, Traffic Methamphetamine, Possession of Counterfeit Currency. A bond was set in the amount of $300,000.
David Evans, 48, of 502 East College St., Salemburg, NC was arrested on 09/16/2019 and charged with Sell/Deliver Schedule II, possession with intent to sell or deliver Schedule II. A bond was set in the amount of $100,000.
Charlotte McKay, 37, of 2613 Crystals Springs, Fayetteville, NC was arrested on 08/26/2019 and charged with Sell Methamphetamine, Deliver Methamphetamine, Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver. A bond was set in the amount of $35,000.
Cory Byrd, 30, of 159 Harpers Glenn Drive, Clinton, NC was arrested on 08/28/2019 and charged with Aid and Abet the Sale of Methamphetamines, Aid and Abet the Delivery of Methamphetamines. A bond was set in the amount of $150,000.
Michael Jones, 30, of 594 DM Ranch Ln., Clinton, NC was arrested on 08/28/2019 and charged with Sell/Deliver Methamphetamine, possession with intent to sell or deliver Methamphetamine, Conspire to Sell/Deliver Methamphetamine. A bond was set in the amount of $60,000.
Michael Herring, 53, of 26 North Powell Avenue, Garland, NC was arrested on 09/11/2019 and charged with Sell/Deliver Cocaine, possession with intent to sell or deliver Cocaine. A bond was set in the amount of $75,000.
Joseph Vann, 26, of 125 Clinton Ave., Garland, NC was arrested on 08/27/2018 and charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver Cocaine, Sell Cocaine, Deliver Cocaine. A bond was set in the amount of $75,000.
Michael Murphy, 48, of 2434 Harrells Highway, Garland, NC was arrested on 09/04/2019 and charged with Conspire to Sell Methamphetamines, Conspire to Deliver Methamphetamines, Sell of Schedule II CS. A bond was set in the amount of $40,000.
Owen Naylor, 37, of 10 Drop Zone Ln., Garland, NC was arrested on 09/09/2019 and charged with Conspire to Sell/Deliver Methamphetamines. A bond was set in the amount of $25,000.
Mauricio Mayorga, 46, of Pine Top Ln., Clinton, NC was arrested on 08/27/2019 and charged with Trafficking Methamphetamines, possession with intent to sell or deliver Methamphetamines, Sell Methamphetamines. A bond was set in the amount of $250,000.
More arrests are pending stemming from the yearlong drug campaign.
