The Johnston County Sheriff’s Office is investigating more than a dozen mailbox vandalism reports from the weekend.
The incidents were reported on Elevation Road outside of Benson and on Landmark Road in the Willow Spring community.
Four homeowners on Elevation Road reported their mailboxes had been damaged or destroyed. Approximately 10 mailboxes were vandalized on Landmark Road.
