The Johnston County Board of Commissioners approved a request by the NC Department of Transportation to add the following roads to the State Maintained System:
- All Aboard Circle – Old Lee Station Subdivision – Pleasant Grove Township
- Kandypoo Drive and Scooter Drive – Rowland Woods – Elevation Township
- Willow Ridge Circle – Willow Ridge Phase 2 – Pleasant Grove Township
