NCDOT Road Additions – January 2024

SMITHFIELD – The Johnston County Board of Commissioners approved a recommendation from the NC Department of Transportation to add the following roads to the State Maintained System:

• Freewill Place, Bellicourt Drive, and Old Hickory Drive – Jones Farm – Cleveland Township
