Adam Ross Oden passed away suddenly Monday August 14th, 2023 in Lenoir County.
Born March 11th, 1979 to parents Pamela Creech Herrington and Andrew Ross Oden. He was a loving husband, father, son, and grandfather. At the young age of 15 he became a father and left home to make a life for his family. From that point on he dedicated his life to taking care of others. He fathered three beautiful children. In November 2016 he married the love of his life, Julia Oden. A hardworking man who could build almost anything, he founded his construction company Total Home Solutions in 2018 and built it from the ground up. He gave jobs to many young men in need of honest work. You could easily recognize Adam by the big smile he wore everyday. With that smile, hilarious jokes, and contagious laugh, he truly did light up every room he stepped foot in.
A memorial service for Adam will be held at 2 pm Tuesday August 22nd, 2023, at Bakers Chapel Church in Princeton, NC.
He was preceded in death by his Grandfather, John Vernon Creech, Grandmothers Doris Lee Creech and Rebecca Jane Oden, and Brother in Law Jeffery Brown.
Adam is survived by his wife Julia Oden; Mother Pamela Creech Herrington, step father Kevin Herrington, father Andrew Ross Oden; Children Taylor Oden Chavis, Morgan Lee Oden, Bristol Vernon Creech; and step children Madison Miller and Micheal Tate; his Grandson, Jaiden Miller; Brothers Dhillon Vernon Creech, Anthony Kevin Herrington, Sisters Savannah Rose Oden, Ashley Nicole Herrington; Grandfather Lanny Ross Oden; as well as his in-laws Jennette Carter, Billy, Raini, Rachel, Jonni, Johnny, and Jonathan.
