Audrey Powell Worley, 85, of Clayton NC passed away peacefully on Monday, October 14, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born August 15, 1939, in Johnston County to the late William Joel and Katie Ann Powell. She was preceded in death by her sister, Katie Lorena Jones, and her brother, Larry Logan Powell.
She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Walter LeRay Worley; son, Tim Worley and wife, Kay of Clayton, Mike Worley and wife, Mary of Clayton. Grandchildren, Jessica, Christine, Rafael, Ali, Michael Joel, Sarah, and Mikaela; great grandchildren, Lezley, Kylie, Nick, Charlotte, and Mary. She is also survived by her sister, Mary Ann Wagstaff of Fuquay Varina, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and family members.
A graveside services will be held Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at 2PM at Pinecrest Memorial Park, Clayton with Tim Johnson officiating.
