Barbara Ann Wadsworth Woodard, 72, of Princeton passed away at UNC Johnston Health Care on Sunday, June 16, 2024. She was born October 31, 1951 to the Late Jim Wadsworth and Myrtie Mae Toler Wadsworth. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Sandra Thaggard; brothers, Anthony (Pete) Wadsworth, James Wadsworth, Robert Glenn Wadsworth and Otis Leon Wadsworth.
Barbara enjoyed her garden, flowers and especially listening to the birds. She is survived by her son, Paul Bailey and wife, Wendy of Princeton; daughter, Barbie June Bailey of Princeton; special friend, Juan; brother, Jimmy Wadsworth of Princeton; sister, Shirley Williford of Goldsboro and 8 grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday June 19, 2024 from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm at Casey Funeral Home and Cremations of Princeton.
The funeral service will be held in the chapel of Casey Funeral Home and Cremations on Wednesday, June 19, 2024 at 3:00 pm with the Reverend Dennis Pollock officiating.
A Private Burial will be held in Princeton Cemetery.
