Beverly Lynn Anderson Lane, 50, of Goldsboro passed away at Wayne UNC Health Care on Wednesday, August 16, 2023. She was born in Wayne County on December 29, 1972 to Jimmy Lee Anderson and the late Linda Emily Pate.
In addition to her father, Beverly is survived by her husband, George Lane; sons, Dustin Edward Lane and Steven Michael Lane; brother, Randy Anderson and wife Kay; sisters-in-law, Donna Lane Garner and husband Don, Teresa Stanley, and Tina Whitley and husband Tony; beloved mother-in-law, Helen Lane; and niece, Kayla Anderson.
Beverly loved fishing, going to yard sales, thrift shopping and especially those weekend road trips with the family. She looked forward to visiting the hair salon and getting pampered. Beverly was a very proud mother with the number 1 thing being her family and her love for them. She was a very selfless, loving and godly person. Beverly believed in prayer and was a strong prayer warrior, offering prayers for anyone in need.
The funeral will be held at 3:00 pm on Sunday, August 20, 2023 in the chapel of Casey Funeral Home and Cremations with the Reverend Kelvin Gurley officiating. A Private burial will be held in Princeton Cemetery at a later date. The family will receive friends on Sunday, August 20, 2023 at Casey Funeral Home and Cremations of Princeton from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm.
