Billy Blaine Parker, 71, of Smithfield, went to be with his mom & dad on Thursday, August 8th, 2024, surrounded by his loved ones at the SECU Hospice House of Smithfield.
Billy was born on May 25, 1953 to the late Billy Parker and Nettie Slaughter Parker. He was a mechanic who loved to work on tractor with Marion Boykin, he loved to ride up and down the roads to look at pretty women. He enjoyed his beloved Mudcats baseball team on the radio, fishing, watching his movies, listening to his music and attending his church.
He is preceded in death by a brother, Kevin Parker; and a sister Bonnie Stanley.
Billy is Survived by: sisters, Vickie Stanley of Four Oaks and Mary Parker of Four Oaks; Brother, Danny Parker (Linda Little) of Newton Grove; Special Friends, Timmy Allen and Joel Hodges. And is loved by many nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2024 at West & Dunn Funeral Home of Benson from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A Funeral Service will be held at West & Dunn Funeral Home of Benson on Sunday, August 11, 2024 at 2:00 pm.
Rev. Archie Brock to officiate.
He will be laid to rest in the Crocker Family Cemetery of Pine Level, NC.
