Catherine Bailey Parker

Smithfield, NC: Mrs. Catherine “Cathy” Bailey Parker, age 55, passed away on Saturday, April 11, 2026 at the SECU Hospice House in Smithfield, NC, surrounded by her loving family. The family will receive friends from 4:00PM-5:45PM-Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Four Oaks, NC. Funeral Services will follow at 6:00PM in the Funeral Chapel.

Mrs. Parker was born on April 18, 1970 in Connecticut. She worked with IntellaTriage as a Hospice Triage Nurse. She loved the beach, mountains, reading, dogs, road trips, and music, however her greatest joy was spending time with her family. Even after being a nurse for 34 years, she continued to serve by being an organ donor.

Survivors include her husband of 30 years, David Parker, children, Natalie Parker, Grace Parker, and Shannon Olive and husband, Edward; grandsons, Elliot Olive, Everett Olive, and Ezra Olive; parents, Scott and Linda Bailey; and two sisters.
