Benson, NC: Mr. Charles “Andy” Anthony Marler, age 61, of W. Church Street passed away on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at his residence. Funeral Services will be held 2:00PM – Friday, April 21, 2023 at the Rose & Graham Funeral Home Chapel in Benson. Officiating will be Revs. Ron Godwin and Jeff Hayes. Burial will follow in Roselawn Cemetery in Benson.
Andy was born on July 19, 1961 in Harnett County, NC to the late Charles Emanuel and Jerlene Allen Marler. He was a truck driver for Argos USA. Andy was a member of New Zealand Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church in Benson. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed doing projects around the home.
Surviving include his wife of 23 years, Alma D. Marler; son, Alexander Zuniga Marler of Benson; sister, Patsy Allen and husband, Lewis of Four Oaks; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Friday, April 21, 2023 from 12:30PM until 1:30PM prior to the service at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson and other times at the home.
Flowers are welcomed; however, memorials may be made to New Zealand Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church, P.O. Box 234 Newton Grove, NC 28366.
