Diana Jean Coffman

Princeton – Diana Jean Coffman, age 66, went to be with the Lord on Monday, May 25, 2026. She was born in Marion, OH, on May 24, 1960, to the late George Washington Mobley and Phyllis Ball Mobley.

The family will receive visitors at Parrish Funeral Home on Thursday, May 28, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service will follow the visitation on Thursday at 7:00 PM, with Rev. Mark Hodge officiating. A graveside service will be held in Grace Baptist Church cemetery on Friday, May 29, 2026, at 3:00 PM.

She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Stuart Coffman of Princeton; son, Andrew Coffman and wife Anna Laurin of Princeton; daughter, Sarah Casteel and husband Keenan of West Palm Beach, FL; brothers, Randy and Steve Mobley; sister, Sue Bishop; grandchildren, Asher Coffman, Amelia Coffman, Alden Coffman, Jackson Casteel, Audrey Casteel, Claire Casteel, Isla Casteel, Sage Casteel and Nolan Casteel.

Diana will be remembered for the love she held dearly for her family, especially her grandchildren. She was an excellent cook and spent her spare time in her kitchen or garden, tending to her flowers. She spent 26 years of her life working as a youth minister’s wife and 19 years as a pastor’s wife. These years of her life were filled with joy serving the church through ministry. A lot of friends and family will recall her serving in the church in many capacities, answering the call for whatever needed to be done. She was also known to have a quick wit and a great sense of humor.
