Donald Mitchell Sealey

Donald Mitchell Sealey, 68, of Dunn passed away unexpectedly at his home on Monday, June 29, 2026. He was born on July 18, 1957 in Robeson County to the late Marvin Marshall and Ruby Lee Cox Sealey. He graduated from Southview High School.
Donald is survived by his four children Donna Grantham (Matthew) of Kinston, Eric Sealey (Ashley) of Dunn, Alan Sealey (Victoria) of Dunn and Kevin Sealey (Jennifer) of Dunn as well as his beloved dog, Candy. His sister, Vickie Taylor, and brother, Timmy Sealey (Felisha). He was preceded in death by his father, Marvin Marshall Sealey; his mother, Ruby Lee Cox Sealey; his sister, Gail Sealey Starling; and Grandchildren, Amelia, Lindsey and Angel Grandbabies.
Donald was a wonderful and loving Papa to 11 grandchildren: Skylar, Gracie, Ella, Dillon, Caden, Mason, Everley, Makenzie, Gavin, Lofton and Katie. He was also a well-loved Uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Donald was a wonderful Husband to Linda and a devoted Father and Papa. He proudly served in the Army, where he traveled to various places. He would later go on to work at Goodyear Tire and Rubber Plant. He retired after 30 plus years of service.
Donald enjoyed spending time with his family, traveling, especially on cruises. He loved being outside, using his talents on projects and the house. Fishing and going camping at Ocean Lakes in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. You could find him and his little four-legged buddy, Candy, swinging in the yard or visiting various friends and family.
He will be missed by all of those who knew him.
