Edward Thomas Cox Jr., was born December 14, 1926, the son of Edward Thomas Cox, Sr. (Ted) rural mail carrier of RFD #1, Imperial, Penna from 1928 from 1956. Edward T. Cox, Jr. was known by the name “Tom”. Tom attended Findlay Township School and Graduated in the class of 1944. He was drafted into the Army of the United States in 1945 and served in the United States Air Force until 1 December 1969 when he retired as a Master Sergeant. He was hired 10 January 1970 as a letter carrier by the United States Postal Service until 1 February 1989. Tom was married to Martha Elsa Cox who died in 2009.
He is survived by a grandson, Brian Ross Jaramillo , granddaughter, Joyce Marie Jaramillo and four great-grandchildren, Scott Joseph Jack, Alexandria Marie Burciaga, Geddy Ross Jaramillo, Katherine Marian Jaramillo.

He will be interred at Valley Presbyterian Cemetery in Imperial, Pennsylvania.
