Eleanor Ruth Woodall Stevens, 77, passed away at her home on Saturday, March 25, 2023. She was born in Wake County on June 19, 1945 to the late Elijah Osborne Woodall and Lucy Velma Coats Woodall. Ms. Stevens was a 1964 graduate of Hardbarger Business College with a Secretarial Science Diploma.
She is survived by her son, Christopher Stevens of Knightdale; daughters and sons-in-law, Melanie and Robert O’Dell of Smithfield, and Heather and Todd Urban of Four Oaks; grandchildren, Kayla Stallings (Draper) of Clayton, Kelsi Urban of Four Oaks, Kyle Urban of Four Oaks, Hamish Stevens of Knightdale, Faith O’Dell of Smithfield and Gabby O’Dell of Smithfield.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest contributions be made to the Johnston County Animal Shelter, 115 Shelter Way, Smithfield, NC 27577 in Ms. Stevens’ memory.
A private family celebration will be held at a later date.
