Dunn, NC: Mrs. Florine Beasley Johnson, age 77, passed away on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at the SECU Hospice House in Smithfield, NC. Funeral Services will be 3:00PM-Thursday, April 27, 2023 at Rose & Graham Funeral Chapel in Benson, NC. Rev. Michael Whitley will officiate. Burial will follow in the Lee-Johnson Family Cemetery, Dunn, NC.
Mrs. Johnson was born on May 30, 1945 in Johnston County, NC to the late Rovalton and Hattie McLamb Beasley. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Allen Wayne Johnson, sisters, Doris Morgan and Dorarene Bass and a brother, Valton Beasley. Mrs. Johnson was a homemaker, and love to shop, dance, and spend time with her family.
Survivors include her children, Carol Horne and husband, Ricky of Archer Lodge, NC; and Tim Johnson and wife, Tammy of Dunn, NC; grandchildren, Kristin Jernigan and husband, James, Ashley Norris and husband, Ethan, and Rebecca Johnson; great-grandchildren, Liam Norris and Cayden Jernigan; step-brother, Z.M. Johnson; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 1:45PM-2:45PM, Thursday, April 27, 2023 prior to the service at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson, NC.
