Gracie Holland Hayes, 66 of Goldsboro passed away at UNC Wayne Health Care on Thursday, June 20, 2024 surrounded by her family. She was born in Wayne County on April 10, 1958 to the late William Henry Holland and Mollie Williford Holland. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Danny “Tom” Holland; sisters, Dorothy Pendergraft, Leitha Holland, and Mollie Langdon.
Gracie is survived by her spouse, Albert Levy of Goldsboro; children, William Thomas “Buddy” Holland of Fremont, Kayti Williams of Princeton, Linda Turnage of Richmond, Va., Donald Ray Hayes of Goldsboro, Randy Earl Hayes of Palm Coast Florida, and Trisha Johnson of Frederick, Maryland; sister, Annie Ward of Pikeville and 18 grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm on Saturday, June 22, 2024 at Casey Funeral Home and Cremations.
The funeral service will be held in the chapel of Casey Funeral Home and Cremations at 2:00 pm on Saturday, June 22, 2024 with the Reverend John Hobson officiating. A private burial will be held at the Jones Family Cemetery in Micro.
